Our reception is open Monday-Saturday from 8am to 11pm and on Sunday from 8am to 8pm.
When checking out outside reception hours, you can leave your room cards in your room. You are also welcome to speak to our staff in the breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor early in the morning.

Motorway A5, Exit Karlsruhe-Durlach (direction city center, B10). After 1. subway (approx. 3 km) leave B10 (exit Bundesgerichtshof) and drive until traffic light. There turn left into Karlstrasse and after 30 meters stop on the right side next to the hotel.
