Arriving by car
Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Prignitz aus Hamburg oder Berlin kommend auf der Autobahn A 24, über die Ausfahrten Sukow, Putlitz, Meyenburg, Pritzwalk oder Herzsprung, und auf der A 19 über die Ausfahrt Wittstock. Aus Richtung Hannover bietet sich die A 2 in Richtung Magdeburg an. Ab Magdeburg führt die gut ausgebaute Bundesstraße 189 über Stendal in die Prignitz.
Arriving by public transportation
Die Prignitz ist von Hamburg und Berlin aus gut zu erreichen (IC-Anschluss in Wittenberge). Ab Berlin verkehren stündlich Züge des Regional-Express 4 über Neustadt/ Dosse und Bad Wilsnack nach Wittenberge.
