The Plantation is located directly adjacent award-winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course with Peninsula Golf Course located just five miles away. RENTAL POLICY - Must be 25 years old, NO PETS; CLEANING FEES - 1BD @ $59, 2BD @ $69 plus tax (paid upon check in); RESORT FEE - 5% of booking amount plus tax (paid upon check in); RESERVATION FEE - $35 (paid at time of booking).
