A11 towards Prenzlau, Szcecin, exit Joachimstal, towards Angermünde (= B2), after about 38km towns entrance Schwedt, at fork turn right, keep straight on Berliner Straße until the Raiffeisen Bank, then left into Gartenstr.(oneway str.!) Weekends the reception will be occupied from 7am until 11am and from 5pm until 10.30pm only.
