Motorway A42 to Kreuz Essen-Nord -> onto dual carriageway B224 towards Universität / Messe / Gruga -> pass the University on your right and after 400m turn left to the City Hotel Essen.
Arriving by public transportation
From the main station with the underground 105 or 101, exit Rheinischer Platz. Or with the Bus 196 or CE 45 exit Viehofer Platz. When you mak a booking at our hotel you get a Hotel Combiticket. With this ticket you can use buses, trams and trains for free (VRR-tarif zone)!
