The Waterfront Suites present a new bold landmark right in the heart of Paihia. Stylish interior decor combines contemporary design with relaxed indoor/outdoor flow. All of our Suites are self contained, making you feel right at home. Just steps away from the centre of Paihia town you can take advantage of what the Bay has to offer. 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite – Suites located ground floor poolside. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite. 1 king bed, shower over bath or floor shower, King split available, subject to availability. 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite – Suites with partial sea views. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Suite. 2 King beds, or 1 King bed and 2 single beds. Main bathroom has Shower over bath, Ensuite has a shower.1 level or 2 level Apartments. Some Suites have lift access others have stair access, subject to availability. 2 Bedroom Premium Suite – Suites located at the front or back of the property, these Suites have sea views. 2 King beds, or 1 King bed and 2 single beds. Main bathroom has Shower over bath, Ensuite has a shower.1 level or 2 level Apartments. These Suites have lift access. Some Suites have reverse cycle Heat pumps. We can not guarantee where in the Hotel your Suite will be located. Subject to availability. 3 Bedroom Penthouse Suite – This Suite is located at the front of the property and offer sweeping sea views. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Suite.3 King beds or 2 King beds and 2 single beds or 1 King bed and 4 single beds. Shared ensuite bathroom has Shower over bath, master bedroom ensuite has a shower.2 level Suite. These Suites have lift access.Reverse cycle Heat pump. The Waterfront Suites are now managing Paihia Sails. Paihia Sails is located next door to the Waterfront Suites and offer 3 Bedroom Premium Suites. All check-ins for these Suites must check in at The Waterfront Suites Reception. 3 Bedroom Premium Suite (Paihia Sails) – These Suites are located next door to The Waterfront Suites and offer great sea views. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Suite. 3 Queen beds or 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds. Main bathroom has Shower over bath, master bedroom ensuite has a shower. These Suites have lift access. Reverse cycle Heat pump.
