Arriving by car

Heathrow and Gatwick Airport: - On departing the airport follow signs for the M23 motorway northbound towards London and the m25 motorway. - Take the m23 towards London and after approximately 8 miles exit it at Junction 8 onto the M25 westbound. - Stay on the M25 for approximately 30 miles until Junction 15. - At junction 15 take the M4 Motorway westbound towards Bristol and Wales. - Once on the M4 continue westwards towards Bristol and Wales passing reading, Newbury & Swindon. - After approximately 80 miles exit the M4 at junction 17 and take the A429 to Malmesbury. After approximately 6 miles, you will reach a roundabout. - Take the first exit off the roundabout following signs to the town centre. - Continue through the town centre up the high street to a T-junction and turn left. - Follow the road past the abbey to another T-junction and turn left in front of a stone war memorial cross. - This road is the B4040. - Continue on it out of Malmesbury. - After approximately 2 miles there are 2 cottages on the left hand side. - Turn left after the second cottage into Whatley Manors driveway. ## Heathrow and Gatwick Airport: HEATHROW AND GATWICK AIRPORTON DEPARTING THE AIRPORT FOLLOW SIGNS FOR THEM23 MOTORWAY NORTHBOUND TOWARDS LONDON ANDTHE M25 MOTORWAY. TAKE THE M23 TOWARDS LONDONAND AFTER APPROXIMATELY 8 MILES EXIT IT ATJUNCTION 8 ONTO THE M25 WESTBOUND. STAY ONTHE M25 FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MILES UNTILJUNCTION 15. AT JUNCTION 15 TAKE THE M4MOTORWAY WESTBOUND TOWARDS BRISTOL AND WALES.ONCE ON THE M4 CONTINUE WESTWARDS TOWARDSBRISTOL AND WALES PASSING READING, NEWBURY& SWINDON. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 80 MILES EXITTHE M4 AT JUNCTION 17 AND TAKE THE A429 TOMALMESBURY. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 6 MILES, YOUWILL REACH A ROUNDABOUT. TAKE THE FIRST EXITOFF THE ROUNDABOUT FOLLOWING SIGNS TO THETOWN CENTRE. CONTINUE THROUGH THE TOWN CENTREUP THE HIGH STREET TO A T-JUNCTION AND TURNLEFT. FOLLOW THE ROAD PAST THE ABBEY TOANOTHER T-JUNCTION AND TURN LEFT IN FRONT OFA STONE WAR MEMORIAL CROSS. THIS ROAD IS THEB4040. CONTINUE ON IT OUT OF MALMESBURY.AFTER APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES THERE ARE 2COTTAGES ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. TURN LEFTAFTER THE SECOND COTTAGE INTO WHATLEY MANORSDRIVEWAY.
