Greater Rochester International Airport: (SE) Directions from the Greater Rochester international airport 1200 brooks avenue, Rochester, NY to The Inn on the Lake, 770 South Main Street, Canandaigua NY:Take Expressway 390 South to I-90 East (NYS Thruway). Stay on I-90 East and exit at #44 (Canandaigua Exit). Once off the NYS Thruway take Route 332 South for about 9 miles through downtown Historic downtown Canandaigua. Once you cross over the intersection of routes 5 & 20, The Inn on the Lake will be on the right hand side before the city pier, directly behind the New York State Wine and Culinary Center.
