By car:From Rome: (about 1 hour and 45 minutes) Take the A1 Highway (Autostrada del Sole) in the direction of Florence; take the Orte exit and continue in the direction of Terni/Spoleto; 2km after Spoleto take the exit in the direction of Cascia/Norcia • From Florence: (about 2 hours) Take the A1 Highway in the direction of Rome; take the Valdichiana exit and continue in the direction of Perugia, Spoleto; 2km before Spoleto take the Valnerina, Norcia, Cascia exit. At Borgo Cerreto turn left in the direction of Sellano; after 1,5 km turn left in the direction of M. di Costantinopoli
