Arriving by car

North: (N) From Auckland Aiport From Rotorua take main Rotorua/Taupo road (Highway 5). Off Highway 5 turn right at first main intersection out of Rotorua (Highway 30) to Te Kuiti/Tokoroa. Proceed exactly 10km and take the first right turn into Apirana Road. (you will pass the Marae and Horohoro School). Proceed 1km to where road forks slightly. Take gravel road directly in front of you- Kearoa Road. Follow this road 3.3kms to the end.
